An Amazon liquidation truckload is a full trailer of merchandise Amazon has taken out of its fulfilment network — customer returns, overstock that did not sell, and salvage-grade goods. It sells by the trailer rather than by the item, which is what pushes the cost per unit so far below wholesale.
Every load above lists its pallet count, condition grade and origin state, so you can work out landed cost before you commit rather than after. If a load is sitting in Tennessee and you are in Arizona, that matters more than the sticker price.
The Amazon load types we run
- LPN loads — items still carrying the LPN return labels Amazon applied when the customer sent them back.
- FC loads — stock pulled from an Amazon fulfilment centre rather than out of the returns stream.
- Smalls, mediums and large — sorted by Amazon’s own size classes, which is the closest thing to a predictable category split in returns.
- Department loads — clothing, books, HBA, food and high-end general merchandise.

Amazon return pallets or a full truckload?
Pallets are the cheaper way in and the more expensive way to buy. Freight per pallet is higher, the per-unit cost is higher, and you get a thinner slice of the mix. A truckload lowers both, but it needs somewhere to put twenty-odd pallets and the cash to move them at once.
The rough test: if you are turning stock weekly through a bin store, a live selling channel or a market pitch, truckloads pay. If you are still proving the model, start smaller and prove your sell-through first.
