Buying liquidation pallets
A liquidation pallet is a stack of merchandise a retailer or brand has pulled out of its supply chain and sold in bulk instead of item by item. Buying by the pallet is what gets your cost per unit well below wholesale.
Most of our programs sell as full truckloads, typically 22 to 26 pallets on a trailer, which brings the price per pallet right down. If you only need a few pallets, ask us before you rule a program out. What we can split depends on the load.
Before you buy, work out three things:
- Freight to your door. A load in Texas costs very different money to reach Ohio than Oklahoma. Get a free freight quote first.
- Sellable percentage. Returns loads mix untouched, opened and broken items. Plan for some write-off.
- Your selling costs. eBay, Whatnot and Facebook Marketplace all take a different cut. Our profit calculators work out cost per unit and break-even.

Every program lists its condition grade, and it is the biggest single factor in what you can resell.
Customer returns
The most common and usually the best value. Expect a mix of like-new, opened and damaged items.
Overstock & shelf pulls
Unsold stock, mostly new in box. Costs more per pallet but sells through faster.
Salvage
Damaged or incomplete items, priced to match. Best for repair, parts and auction buyers.
Some programs come with a manifest (an itemised list of what is on the pallets) and some do not. Read manifested vs unmanifested pallets before you choose.
