Refund Policy

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

⚠ ALL SALES ARE FINAL β€” NO REFUNDS. All purchases from Southern Liquidation are made on an AS-IS basis. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.

AS-IS Policy

Southern Liquidation sells all pallets, truckloads, and liquidation merchandise to the buyer in their current AS-IS condition. All products are wholesale liquidation inventory sourced from major retailers and may include customer returns, overstock, salvage, or discontinued items.

By purchasing from Southern Liquidation, the buyer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All merchandise is sold AS-IS and in its current condition at the time of sale
  • Southern Liquidation makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise
  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for the merchandise upon purchase
  • All sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances

No Refunds Policy

Southern Liquidation maintains a strict no-refund policy on all purchases. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided regardless of the condition of the merchandise received. This policy applies to all products including but not limited to pallets, truckloads, LTL shipments, and individual items.

Product Condition & Photography

All photographs and descriptions provided on our website are representative samples only. Southern Liquidation does not inspect, sort, or pick through pallets or truckloads prior to sale.

  • Pictures are sample photos only and may not reflect the exact contents of your purchase
  • Southern Liquidation does not guarantee the quantity, condition, or retail value of any individual item within a load
  • Manifest information, where provided, is an estimate only and is not guaranteed to be accurate

Freight & Delivery

The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to merchandise once it leaves our facility or the facility of the source retailer. Southern Liquidation is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or freight delivery. Any freight or shipping claims must be filed directly with the freight carrier.

Misrepresentation Claims

If you believe the merchandise you received was materially misrepresented in a way that differs significantly from what was described at the time of sale, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will review your claim on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

To submit a misrepresentation claim please email us at hello@southernliquidation.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order details
  • A detailed description of the alleged misrepresentation
  • Photographs documenting the issue

Sales Tax

Southern Liquidation charges applicable sales tax on all purchases. If you are sales tax exempt, you must provide a valid tax exemption certificate before your transaction is completed. Please send your documentation to hello@southernliquidation.com prior to purchase. Tax exemptions cannot be applied retroactively.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required prior to the release or shipment of any merchandise. Southern Liquidation reserves the right to cancel any order for which payment has not been received in full. By submitting payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.
